4 days 3 nights SAFARI Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti.

Experience Tanzania’s two parks that are among the most famous safaris in the world!
On this 3-day safari, we will discover two parks in the north of the country, including the famous Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, a true Eden and a feast for the eyes, and the Serengeti National Park, which will amaze you with its vast and endless plains, with the unmistakable beauty of Africa and the richness of its wildlife.

Day 1: Arusha - Ngorongoro Crater.

In the morning we set off for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and embark on an unforgettable safari into the Ngorongoro Crater, first passing through a lush rainforest that eventually opens up into a Garden of Eden.

It is home to over 25,000 wild animals, including some of Tanzania’s last black rhino, zebra, wildebeest, gazelle, buffalo, lion, hippo, elephant, moose, hyena and an array of waterfowl that roam completely free and find abundant water and food in a lush landscape of swamps, plains, lakes and rainforests, making the Ngorongoro Crater one of the most densely populated wilderness areas in the world.

We will enjoy a picnic lunch by the hippo pool.

Dinner and overnight at lodge/tent camp or campsite.

Ngorongoro - Serengeti National Park

After breakfast we take another look at this extraordinary caldera and then drive on a varied route towards Serengeti National Park. We cross remote Maasai country where you will see numerous villages (boma) scattered in a gentle landscape, with many Maasai roaming with their herds. Gradually the landscape changes and gives way to the savannah with its numerous Maasai giraffes. Finally, the Serengeti with its endless plains lies before you.

The vastness of the park is home to lions, leopards, cheetahs, buffaloes, elephants, moose, wild dogs, gazelles, crocodiles and many other species. Not to forget a variety of bird species.  If the season allows, we can observe the great migration of wildebeest and zebra.

On our way we have the opportunity to visit Olduvai Gorge, where human fossils have been discovered, suggesting that mankind originated in Africa.

We will explore the park and go in search of different species of animals. With luck, we will witness incredible scenes of wildlife life.
