Immerse yourself in the heart of wild Africa, where you'll marvel at the landscapes, majestic animals and authentic encounters at the ends of the earth. This trip will be marked by a trek to meet the mountain gorillas in Uganda, meetings with remote communities in Uganda, NGOs, an exceptional safari in Tanzania in search of the big five, and immersion in remote Massai land. Day 1

Arrival in Entebbe and solidarity visit

We will pick you up at Entebbe airport.

Visit FOOTSTEP UGANDA where a team of around 30 employees visit the children's prison every week: where 300 children aged 12 to 18 are held in overcrowded cells with homeless children. The NGO provides food, clothing and medical care. For children who have left the rehabilitation center, the NGO provides training and education to give them a future.

Day 3

Lake Bunyonyi

Lake Bunyonyi is a true haven of peace, bordered by terraced cultivated hills and dotted with verdant islets. A relaxing and beautiful stopover for a swim, at an altitude of almost 2,000 metres, you'll board a pirogue to meet the children of the BWAMA elementary school and visit the hospital.
The foundation is called "Nicky's Care for Africa foundation lake BUNYONYI".
As you travel along the water and listen to reggae music, you'll head to the farthest reaches of the lake and discover the end of the world. Between encounters with remote communities, peace and quiet and landscapes of pure beauty, you'll discover one of Uganda's hidden gems off the beaten track.
You'll stay in a wooden cottage on the water's edge, and enjoy a campfire.
A powerful experience and 100 % of solidarity during this stay.

Day 4

Lake Bunyoni

Accompanied by your host on his pirogue, you'll discover the various species of birds that live near the lake. You'll trek to the heights of Lake Bunyonyi's islets and discover breathtaking scenery. You'll be totally immersed in a region that enjoys no tourism whatsoever, and you'll meet some lovely and touching people as you go. The day is marked by relaxing swims on the shores of the lake, where you'll be alone in the world in this haven of peace. In the evening, relax by the log fire to the sound of reggae music.

Day 5

BWINDI IMPENETRABLE FOREST NATIONAL PARK

Day 6

Encounters with Gorillas

After an early breakfast and briefing, accompanied by a park guide and trackers, we head into the dense, misty rainforest in search of a group of mountain gorillas. With your heart pounding with excitement, you'll be able to observe them for 1 hour in their natural habitat, standing just a few meters from them. You'll witness some gentle, incredible scenes and discover just how peaceful these creatures are.
In the forest, you're sure to come across various animals endemic to the park, such as bird species, forest hogs, forest elephants, Bongo antelopes that can only be seen here worldwide, as well as a few primates such as red-tailed monkeys, white and black colobus monkeys, and a few chimpanzee families that can also be spotted in the park.

Day 7

Transfer to Entebbe and flight to Tanzania

You'll have breakfast, then we'll set off for Entebbe airport. The journey will run smoothly, taking you once again through the plantations and farmlands of Uganda's beautiful green lands, with their long, rolling hills. We'll have lunch in Mbarara. With fond memories and the desire to experience more of Uganda's breathtaking safaris, we'll arrive at Entebbe airport for your flight to Tanzania for the rest of the colorful journey.

Day 8

Discover daily life in the village

The day begins with a tour of traditional Tanzanian cheese-making and the surrounding farms with the village women. If you wish, you can help prepare a traditional Tanzanian lunch.
In the afternoon, take a guided tour of the coffee and banana plantations,
then discover the lush surroundings by hiking to the river.
Enjoy spectacular views of Mount Meru and Mount Kilimanjaro.

Through your visit, and these overnight stays, you are playing a direct part in the emancipation of the
women of this village.

Day 9

Tarangire

After an early breakfast, we'll pick you up from your hotel to begin our adventure, heading to Tarangire National Park for a full day's safari with a picnic lunch overlooking the Tarangire River.

This is one of Tanzania's most beautiful parks, with an African landscape to match. The dense vegetation of giant African baobabs and acacia trees, and the immense swamps to the south, will captivate you. The tarangire river attracts wild animals, particularly in the dry season. It is home to one of Africa's largest elephant herds.

Lions, leopards, cheetahs, buffaloes, gazelles, giraffes, warthogs, zebras and monkeys are the animals we see most often in this park, but also fringed-eared oryx, starlings and greater kudu are rare species that you may be lucky enough to observe, as well as many other animals.

Day 10

After breakfast, we'll take the magnificent road to the park.
Serengeti National Park, a unesco World Heritage Site.
We pass the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, which offers a breathtaking view of the Ngorongoro National Park.

with numerous plateaus in the remote Massai lands where men and
animals live in perfect harmony, and you'll see numerous Massai villages (boma) dotted around these exceptional landscapes. It's not uncommon to come across many Massai accompanied by their herds, and women going off in search of wood or water. The landscape gradually changes, giving way to wild savannah and numerous Massai giraffes set the scene.

Day 11

We'll get up early to watch the sunrise over the savannah, leaving the sun to shine.
the flamboyant colors. We'll enjoy a full day's safari in search of the figs five, with a picnic lunch in a secure area of the park. The endless plains of the Serengeti offer an African landscape dotted with umbrella-shaped acacia trees, and are home to lions, leopards, cheetahs, buffalo, elephants, hyenas, hippos, jackals, warthogs, gazelles, crocodiles and many other animal and bird species. If you're lucky, you may even catch a glimpse of the Black Rhinoceros. After an intense, emotionally-charged day, we head home for dinner and a good night's sleep.

Day 12

Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, you'll enjoy an early morning safari in the
Serengeti towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
We head deep into the Ngorongoro Crater for an unforgettable safari.

of Eden. The caldera opens up to 20km in diameter of secluded natural beauty. Visit
he Ngorongoro Crater, a unesco World Heritage site, is the world's largest collapsed volcanic crater.

Day 13

Massai village immersion in Arusha

You'll be surrounded by children during this moment of shared life. My father has 4
women and 35 children. The simple life here is punctuated by the herds going to and fro.
to fetch water. My village is located in a remote area close to the region
Lake Natron. The scenery is magnificent and there's plenty of hiking to be done. We'll also visit my school, which is run thanks to my NGO and the profits from the Eramatare Experience safaris and treks. So, by traveling with us, you're contributing to the education of 230 children, and helping to provide them with daily meals, in a region affected by drought.

Day 14

Visit Arusha through the eyes of its children and Green venture

Join a narrative tour through the streets of Arusha, where you'll discover the city's culture and history while learning about the transformative power of social projects. An experience based on an NGO's social initiative to give work, resources and a future to Arusha's disadvantaged children.
The children who are part of this project, and who previously had to spend part of their lives on the streets, will now be your expert guides, taking you to different corners of their hometown. During the activity, which lasts around 3 hours, you'll enjoy a lunch of local food. A great way to discover Arusha while supporting a good cause.
