It's time to say goodbye to everyone in the village. Located about a 2-hour drive from
my village, Lake Natron is a surreal destination and a unique natural spectacle. Visit
waters are highly alkaline and unusually shallow, with an average depth of
only one meter high. Put on your walking shoes and set off with Timan a warrior
Maasai for a walk along the shores of Lake Natron in search of birds, in

We enjoy a full day's safari in Tarangire.
This is one of Tanzania's most beautiful parks, with an African landscape to match. It
