Explore three parks in northern Tanzania, including the famous Ngorongoro Crater, a veritable Eden and feast for the eyes, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Tarangire National Park, known for being home to one of Africa’s largest elephant herds, and its mighty baobab trees that make it one of the most beautiful parks in Tanzania, the Serengeti National Park that will amaze you with its vast and endless plains, with the unmistakable beauty of Africa and the richness of its wildlife.

Day 1: Arusha- Tarangire

After breakfast we will drive to Tarangire National Park, where we will use our safari to find and observe the animals all day, and have time for a leisurely picnic.

Tarangire Park is one of the most beautiful parks in Tanzania and delights with its dense vegetation of huge African baobabs and acacias, as well as the large swamps located in the south. The river named Tarangire attracts wild animals especially in the dry season. It is home to one of the largest herds of elephants in Africa.

Fringed eared antelope, gray tare and greater kudu are rare species that you may see in the park.

Dinner and overnight at lodge/tent camp or public base camp.

Day 2: Tarangire - Serengeti

After breakfast we drive on a beautiful route towards Serengeti National Park. We pass the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, which offers views of its exceptionally wildlife-rich caldera from the Ngorongoro Crater rim, then Maasai country where you will see numerous villages (boma) scattered across a gentle landscape, and many Maasai with their herds. Gradually the landscape changes and gives way to the savannah with its numerous Maasai giraffes. Finally, the Serengeti with its endless plains lies in front of you.

We explore the park and go in search of different animal species. With a little luck, we will witness incredible scenes of wildlife life.

We have lunch in the park and continue our safari until late afternoon. Dinner and overnight at the lodge/ tent camp or public base camp.

Day 3: Serengeti (full day)

We rise early to witness the sunrise with its flaming colors over the savannah. We enjoy a full day of safari through the park and a picnic lunch in a protected area.

The endless plains of the park are home to lions, leopards, cheetahs, buffaloes, elephants, moose, wild dogs, gazelles, crocodiles and many other species. Not to mention a variety of bird species. Depending on the season, you will witness the great wildebeest and zebra migration.

Day 4: Serengeti - Ngorongoro

We have breakfast to enjoy a last safari in the park while we are already heading back towards Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where we will spend the night at the edge of the Ngorongoro Ranger.

Day 5: The Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, we embark on an unforgettable safari into the Ngorongoro Crater, first passing through a lush rainforest that eventually opens up into Garden of Eden.

It is home to over 25,000 wild animals, including some of Tanzania’s last black rhino, zebra, wildebeest, gazelle, buffalo, lion, hippo, elephant, moose, hyena and an array of waterfowl that roam completely free and find abundant water and food in a lush landscape of swamps, plains, lakes and rainforests. The Ngorongoro Crater is one of the most densely populated wilderness areas in the world.

We enjoy a picnic lunch at the hippo pool.

In the late afternoon we drive back to Arush
